How we use it
We use your contact information to manage your booking, send arrival instructions, and respond to inquiries. If you opt into our newsletter, we send occasional updates about new houses and seasonal experiences. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. We use a single session cookie to maintain your form inputs if you navigate away from a page. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting the site functionality.
Sharing
We share your booking details only with the house owner or local coordinator who will prepare your stay. We use a secure email service (ProtonMail) for all communications. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or customer data platforms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of all data we hold about you at any time. You can ask us to correct or delete your information. To exercise these rights, email stay@mugi-comfort.com with the subject line “Data Request.” We respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep booking records for 3 years for tax and legal purposes. Newsletter subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. After the retention period, all personal data is permanently deleted.
Security
Booking data is stored on encrypted servers. Communication is handled through end-to-end encrypted email. We do not store credit card information on our servers — all payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
