Stone Bath Retreat
The stone bath was built by a local mason using rock from the nearby riverbed. It takes two hours to heat, but the water stays warm all evening.
The house is small - one bedroom, one bath, one kitchen. That's the point. The view looks out toward the Northern Alps. On clear mornings you can see the snow line.
We leave a bag of locally roasted coffee beans and a hand grinder. The wood stove has a flat top perfect for brewing.
